1. Your products may be in the link queue
Firstly if you have only just installed the app or have recently pressed "Link Product" on your application dashboard, your products may be in the link queue. Depending on the server load and the number of products you have this can take any where from 30 minutes to 24 hours to setup the initial linking. The link queue on average however usually takes less than 2 hours.
Please wait 24 hours after installing the app for the initial link check to complete
2. You have not setup your products correctly.
The app relies on 2 different ways to link products.
- Manually, Complete this by going to your application dashboard, clicking a product, clicking "Link" in the product viewer and selecting your Wix product.
- By Barcode / Sku. This is done by having the Epos Now barcode or Epos Now SKU in the Wix SKU field of the Wix Product Editor.
Please double check the barcode or sku is correct against the Wix Product.
3. You have not performed a link check
The app will immediately check for links after the initial setup is complete. if you did not have the correct barcodes or SKUs against the wix product when this happened your Products would not have found a link.
Once you have added the correct barcodes or SKU's to the products in Wix head back into the application dashboard (here) and click Link Products in the Top RHS of the dashboard
