Inventory Is Not Syncing

The Problem
A product on Epos now is not syncing inventory with Wix Stores

The Solution
There are a range of things that may cause this to happen. Follow the below steps to ensure your ready to go.

  1. Ensure your products have a matching Barcode between Epos Now and Wix Stores. This means the Epos Now Barcode is put within the Wix Product SKU field.
  2. Ensure your products are linked (green status on the left hand side of the product list). 
  3. Ensure your product within Wix Stores is not hidden.
  4. Ensure you are updating your Stock on Epos Now, not on Wix. Epos now is the source of truth, not Wix.
  5. Ensure stock sync is turned on in the application settings.



Linking Products.

Linking products can be done either with barcode as above, or with a manual connection through the Application Dashboard

EPOS NOW IS THE SOURCE OF TRUTH, NOT WIX. EPOS NOW WILL UPDATE WIX STOCK AND PRICES, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND
