There is a few reasons why products created in Epos Now are not landing in our servers, these are.
- You have not entered in all required details to the new Epos Now product. Required fields are as below;
- Epos Product ID (generated by Epos Now)
- Product Name
- Product Sale Price
- You do not have a valid installation or have cancelled the application subscription
If you have not received a product but the above is all complete you can try to edit a field in the product editor in Epos Now as this will also trigger a new product to be created if we cannot find one. Or you can use the 'Link Products' button in the top right hand side of the main dashboard, this will request new products prior to linking.
